Hey — I’m Ben, the guy behind FreePlug.

As a student, I know what it’s like: late nights, barely scraping by, and that dreaded “how am I supposed to afford this?” feeling. Whether it's a domain name, software, or some cloud credits to run your project — you name it — things add up. 💸

I used to rely on apps like Unidays and Student Beans (they’re solid, don't get me wrong), but here’s the thing: they only show you deals they get paid for. If a deal doesn't earn them cash, it doesn’t exist. 😤

That didn’t sit right with me. So I built FreePlug — a home for the real student deals. The ones that don’t show up on the big platforms. The ones that are actually free or worth your time.
